For Citymail Users:
Currently it is recommended that any Office 365 (Citymail) users not use the 'Change Password' feature in the 'Password Reset' until further notice. Microsoft is working to correct issues with password reset synchronization.

Citymail users may continue to lookup user account information using the 'Password Reset'.

For Faculty/Staff:
Pelicanusers can continue to use the 'Password Reset' to find your username and to change passwords.
